Just how bloody stupid is Roy Moore?

This stupid.

Alabama Theocrat Roy Moore Warns Against “Transistor Troops in our Bathrooms”

Earlier tonight, during his GOP runoff debate for the U.S. Senate seat from Alabama, Christian theocrat Roy Moore argued that our nation needed to make our military stronger.

That meant not caving in to political correctness by allowing “transistor troops in our bathrooms.” He made the comment around the 10:23 mark in the video below.

He's been a constant disappointment to me, I've always counted on him to start the Crackpot Christian Babble Party, although I'm sure he'd name it something a little Klassier.

He used to be a lot cagier 20 years ago. I think there's some dementia coming on.

Does this mean only bipolar transistor troops should be kept out of our bathrooms, or do we have to discriminate against field-effect transistor troops? Our vacuum-tube troops, a noble and hardy breed, should certainly always be allowed in.

I've always considered myself an emitter-coupled logic troop, but ECL relies on itty-bitty transistors so I guess I can't go pee in Moore's bathroom. Of course, you have to watch out for those damn NMOS and CMOS troops, those bastards will go up in smoke with the tiniest bit of static. A good old-fashioned TTL troop should always be welcome, but they're kinda power-hungry so be careful. And what the hell are we to do with the Schottky troops?

Why do these people make things so damn hard?

He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa where apparently they teach that US law is not based on English Common Law, but the Ten Commandments.

Better not tell him the entire book of Exodus is complete myth and that Moses is not a historical figure. His head will explode

And they say that even though there were a few Evangelical groups on campus, the University itself was very secular and rather Liberal in the 1970's and 1980's, especially considering it was well in the Bible Belt.
In fact, one guy who went there in the early 80's was part of a rather large "Campus Crusaders for C'thulu" that had been created to combat the "Campus Crusaders for Christ" group there.

Moore got his crazy angry God from somewhere else...
