Is there a hidden agenda behind today's Trump Tweets?

First, he wants the NFL owners to fire any player who takes a knee during the National Anthem, union status notwithstanding.
Then, he wants the players to inflict pain and damage to each other to the point of disability to make the game "more fun".

The players who would most likely take a knee in solidarity with Kaepernik, or independently, would be African-Americans. Trump wants them fired for their protest against the status quo, that is, the tradition of white suppression in this country. Is Trump looking for an excuse to bleach the NFL of African-American players and this is his modus operandi?

Now to Trump wanting the players to return to the roughness of rugby on the football field. Would he be suggesting that desire in order to allow certain players to legally inflict pain on players who weren't, say, white? I know, I know, it could work both ways, but IMO, that's in theory. I've grown up watching one group get away with stuff that another group wasn't allowed to do. The double standard.
