are the same people who drive around with shredded car flags. And, when the flag winds up in a ditch, they all drive right by. I saw a ton of that kind of thing after 9/11. Lots of folks around here never take their flags down, even in the rain. No light on them at night, either. All are in violation of the Flag Code. I doubt they even know there is a Flag Code.
