Trump is so emotionally fragile that he can not process the owners coming out in support of their players and The Constitutional rights of those players. He is mentally ill and everyone around him knows it. 60% of the American people know it. These tweets are only the latest example of the deep peril that we as a nation are now in.

that of the "Central Park Five" he still wants executed decades after they were proven innocent. Both are typical off-script revelations of the real, disordered personality of The Donald.

The Donald in Alabama via the NY Times:

With the N.F.L. struggling to make the game safer in light of scores of players who have been found to have severe brain damage from hard hits, Mr. Trump complained that the game was being ruined by referees trying to control unnecessarily rough tackles.

“Today if you hit too hard — 15 yards! Throw him out of the game!’’ he said, adding: “They’re ruining the game! They’re ruining the game. That’s what they want to do. They want to hit. They want to hit! It is hurting the game.’’

Despicable, even depraved. And I refer to the actions of those who elected him.

he is a evil, vindictive little creep. Hard to believe such an ignorant cretin became president. Even little children have more sense than he does. Im sure the NFL will be just fine in spite of trump trying to downgrade them.

Even his base has split loyalties between professional sports and country. I'd say a good many of them would choose the former over the latter.

Even for a principle of "loving my country," many of them would choose to buy a ticket to the stadium and cheer on their team while jeering the "un-American" players (having it both ways). And there will be those who have already bought their tickets for $85 or more. They won't be able to get a refund. They're not throwing out their purchase. They'll be in the stands instead of in front of the TV.

Trump is acting more like a media scion than a president. Berlusconi in America. He's trying to influence the opinions of Americans through the media to make it look like he's doing something.

Once the game starts, and those players start pounding the crap out of each other, these rubes completely forget about the anthem.

You're helping Trump by repeating his words.

Talk about the truth, don't just repeat Trump's lies.
