SPD is not, but they want to find a way to get rid of Russia sanctions, hoping for something in return. I guess they would welcome any deal with Putin. Gabriel, acting SPD foreign minister, actually asked Putin for an autograph. So yeah.
I was rooting for the Greens, they truly value transatlantic relations (of course they are very critical of Trump), and indeed they did a little better than expected. They will hopefully be a part of the next Merkel government.
