The exact opposite of what the National Guard does.

"With its dual mission, the National Guard is a reserve force with both state and federal responsibilities. Each soldier and airman holds membership in both the National Guard of his or her state and in the U.S. Army or the U.S. Air Force. When National Guard units are not mobilized or under federal control, they report to the governor of their respective state, territory (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands) or the commanding general of the District of Columbia National Guard. Each of the 54 National Guard organizations is supervised by the adjutant general of the state or territory. Under state law, the National Guard provides protection of life and property and preserves peace, order and public safety. These missions are accomplished through emergency-relief support during natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes and forest fires; search and rescue operations; support to civil defense authorities; maintenance of vital public services and counter-drug operations. The National Guard’s federal mission is to maintain well-trained, well-equipped units available for prompt mobilization during war and provide assistance during national emergencies."

Hillary referenced the US Navy ship Comfort in her tweet. It's the world's largest hospital ship with 700 medical personnel.

The national Guard has soldiers, airmen, and sailors in dozens of different career fields including combat, logistics, law enforcement, and pretty much any other job you can imagine would be required to move huge numbers of troops and cargo anywhere in the world and execute a variety of missions from warfare to humanitarian missions. Not all members of any branch of the national Guard is trained in the latter because training soldiers, sailors, and airmen is expensive and time consuming. Also, i believe you're misunderstanding the command structure of the guard. Unless we are at war and the guard is being mobilized to execute combat missions (as many have been to support operation enduring freedom in Afghanistan and operation iraqi freedom in Iraq) they are under the command of their respective state's governor and can't be mobilized by the president without a special dispensation by the governor. The USS Comfort, on the other hand is tasked by the president and the director of the navy to respond to humanitarian crisis around the world... that is their career, what they were trained to do.

Right from the Navy's website:

https://www.navy.com/about/mission/humanitarian.html#who

The US Navy has been at the front of many disaster relief efforts around the world for more than a century.

It's also not uncommon for states to send National Guard support to other states and territories as well, so your recommendation is not a bad one either.

Posts that just say "I'm with Hillary", etc. are likely to be ignored by people such as myself, who are avoidant of those seeking to keep the Hillary/Bernie fight going.

Folks might consider being just a little more descriptive in their post titles, just a suggestion. I almost passed on this one, and was pleased to see it was not what I thought.

I called my senator, a Trump supporter, and told his staff person 3.5 million Americans are in crisis and he needs to make the president do his job immediately.

This is the sort of thing citizens have to do when we have an illegitimate presidency.
