The only Venezuelan terrorist I ever heard about was the one who

blew up the Cubana flight in 1976 on behalf of the CIA.

I call bullshit. The only reason for a Venezuelan travel ban is to pretend it's not about Muslims

Venezuelan embassies abroad were issuing Venezuelan passports to immigrants for the right price. I will look for it. If that is correct, then I am okay with. I am not happy that we may be having an influx of asylum seekers due to the political crisis, though, and won't be able to come here.
