Would Lamar Alexander (R) TN vote for the Graham/Cassidy bill?

I cannot see why he would do it? After all, he and Patty Murray (D) WA have been working on a bi-partisan effort to fix the high cost of pharmaceuticals, which has been praised by Senators on both sides. Why would he give up all the work they have done already, just to vote for a mess like the Graham/Cassidy bill?
I don't see a vote coming on this bill, unless the Republicans just want to do it for show, to show their constituency that they tried to repeal Obamacare but were unsuccessful?
