https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/energy-environment/wp/2017/09/26/zinke-says-a-third-of-interiors-staff-is-disloyal-to-trump-and-promises-huge-changes/In a speech to the oil industry, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke claimed that nearly a third of his staff is disloyal to President Trump, saying that workers in Washington are reluctant to relax regulations to permit increased mining for coal and drilling for natural gas and oil on public land.
If this was the Obama Administration, the calls for his resignation would have been deafening.

Democrats demand loyalty! News at eleven!
This country has one set of rules, these rules apply to democrats, and no rules apply to republicans and the media goes along with this in most cases.

(15,543 posts)Because it's not about the republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief. It's about America, and America's Interior Dept. - that's what they need to be, and are loyal to, not loyal to the distorted-personality dotard that republicans have labeled their "god emperor."
republicans can go all scuzzy-submissive for a self-styled potentate casino hustler if they want. But Americans - by at least 3 million votes - don't go for that shit. Hell, the country was formed when honorable women and men revolted agains frikkin republican-style royalty back in frikken 1776.
So Zinke can go pound his binky.

That's really about all the true republican support there ever is.. Gerrymandering/voter suppression, racism, and the laziness of too many Democrats in midterms is why we are where we are..
