that were physically seperate from the server other people at the state department used. The servers were installed, backed up and maintained by the state department IT staff. They both used official email addresses. The big fake concern was that the servers were in their homes. The current batch of fools are using personal email, non-governmental accounts with no back ups or security, like using a xxxxxxx@hotmail.com.
