Bush's response to New Orleans looks benevolent
compared to Trump's ignoring Puerto Rico. And New Orleans was a horror.
I've done a half dozen posts on this and you can read them if you care.
But Puerto Rico is a catastrophe that will be remembered for centuries.
And so will the indifference of the horrible Trump creature who currently inhabits the Oval Office.
