Trump just yesterday was doing the bidding of the shipping industry. He only does something right when he is forced to.

And now he will say: "We generously waived the Jones Act because we need to help the people in Puerto Rico. We need to help people suffering in such a total and horrible disaster. No one wants to help the people of Puerto Rico more than Donald J. Trump. Believe me."
