I'm looking for one that's quick, easy, and targeted. Red Cross doesn't make the cut.
Suggestions?

OP
Thanks! I thought about this one as well but didn't realize you could target donations.

but I've donated to https://www.oneamericaappeal.org/ organized by all five ex-US presidents. Its mission is hurricane relief for Harvey, Irma and Maria but you can target your donation to only PR if you want.
Target choices are:
Only Harvey (TX)
Only Irma (FL)
Only Maria (PR/USVI)
Only Maria (PR only)
Only Maria (USVI only)

You can give to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and choose where it is to go, but it was much more difficult to follow on their website. They have a lot on their list right now, so I chose the Presidents' charity.
