Not sure if his short term memory is now becoming worse, or if he is just trying to expedite that whole 'repeat a lie often enough and people will believe it' style of governing.

if I get a phone call, I often pause the TV....but then when I saw this, I thought the TV station has spliced together a compilation....but the whole thing was live...good grief
