My Theory As To Why tRUMP Isn't Helping Puerto Rico

I think we can all guess that tRUMP doesn't see Puerto Ricans as Americans. He sees them as brown people, as Hispanics. But, not only that, he sees them as the same as Mexicans. So, Mexico has refused to pay for his damn wall, and so this is retribution! I truly believe this...knowing who tRUMP is, I don't think this is a far-fetched theory!
