Sounds like a Television Series back in the late 50s..Gun smoke, or Paladin...

Racist dialogue ..."Water..Big water... Ocean Water".

I wish I could photoshop.. I would be all over this..making sure I wasn't conflating Trump with our Proud and Couregous Forebarers.(SIC?)
