Kakistocracy definition - government which is run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous and corrupt citizens. Need I say more?

How does Trump plan to have a war with North Korea. He can't even get the navy, army, and coast guard to Puerto Rico, which is a lot farther away than PR?

They get to be the cavalry charging to the rescue and to distribute largess in all directions, even if they're austerity types, because emergency, y'know.

To give Puerto Rico the treatment it's getting now requires real hatefulness.
