Why is the Governor of Puerto Rico tripping over his genitals

on MSNBC? He is shilling for Trump. Hate to say it, but he is.

Why such the disparity in what he says and what the San Juan mayor says?

The politics being injected into this whole thing is making me nervous.

to get him to do his job. The Governor is doing it because Mayor Cruz is calling Trump out for the asshole he is.

Pretty sure you knew this already.

if that is the case, the Gov must have a hell of a strong constitution, because his reaction is not a natural one.

got the short straw in having to suck up to Trump - the theory being that it's the only way to get Trump to do anything.

Meanwhile, the mayor of San Juan tells the truth to the rest of the world.

This is the mess the right wing and their friends the Russians have created for us.

He hit every point necessary to make it look like Trump was John Wayne riding in to save the day. Curious point: 1.3 million bottles of water for 3.5 million people doesn't sound like a success story to me. The Gov acted like this was a good thing.

They have a different focus, just like the governor of your state vs the the mayor of your town. They also have different resources available to them.

If even one part of the island is not safe, then everything is not rosy, and should not be conveyed as such.

Your mayor cannot call up the National Guard for example, your governor can, your mayor cannot assign state funds, your governor can. It actually is extremely common for governors and mayors to disagree on a variety of issues. In NYS, Cuomo and de Blasio, both highly respected Democrats, fight like cats and dogs.
