Random question of the day: as a PR resident, does she pass Constitutional muster to qualify to serve as President?

From what I've read she specifically represents a political party in PR that supports its current status, rather than statehood, so probably not an option. However, she does have much better temperament, judgement, and qualifications by way of actually governing than the current temporary occupant of the Oval Office.
