which are clearly a good part of that crowd, but the others? Even if those who came are largely conservative, what do they make of this?

1997...Staff Christmas party, generic presents were handed out one at a time to staff who had to walk up, take the present, thank him, and go sit down.
at some point, they ran out of presents. Apparently not able to plan # of employees =# of presents. Sigh.
He had the bright idea that lobbing paper towels into the crowd would be cute, but because he was very short, his lobs went hard and high.
One of our more rotund staff members actually leaped to catch the package, came down hard on her high heels, and broke her ankle, quiet badly. The party ended with echoes of her screams as staff tried to figure out how to get her into a car in the parking lot.
I called the ambulance, it came in 10 minutes as the Admin. staff were still debating how to help.

Randy lil fucker was a Baptist minister, who got run out of state after being found guilty of sexually harassing the more attractive Admin. staff, and having an affair with the ass't Director.

Did I mention this was a Mental health agency?

I lasted 9 more months, then quit, over much worse issues than the party.

Trump sure reminds me of the hypocrisy I have seen down here.

Just a normally broken ankle would have allowed me to keep laughing without interruption. It's believable because of things I've witnessed, not as good as this I have to admit, but nevertheless that would have to be seen to be believed. You would.

I've read, if not whole books on how these people think, at least whole chapters and articles. Here's to memories that both enlighten those capable of enlightenment and just keep "giving."

I'd love to see a roll of paper towels "air-dropped" right back off his head, but the Secret Service might have a problem with it.

They seem awfully well dressed and laughing for people who just went through a major hurricane on the island they live on.
Was this in a section where it was not as badly hit?
I have never been in a natural disaster. Went without power for four days after an ice storm, local areas flood but not my home, so maybe I am just looking at it differently.

Or maybe I just see this as horrible showmanship. (or is that good showmanship as it is so fake and trying to sell an image?)

That crowd looks clean, happy, and overall quite melanin-challenged.

And where did they all get the power to charge their cell phones?
