Not at all. I listen very closely. The topic was Trump's total lack of empathy down in Puerto Rico. Trust Buster Oct 2017 #13

70 isn't old. It is elderly, yes, but not Crypt Keeper old.

Both of my parents regularly go to the gym, biking, hiking, etc., and my father teaches a Business Spanish/English class at the library, and he still works in a very demanding white-collar job -- because he wants to. He could have retired a few years ago.

I heard it as "this guy is never going to change."

Well, he can't change because there is something wrong with his brain.

NONE. If you are not a president for all the people and act accordingly, then resign and get out!

Change. They particularly were talking about his lack of empathy. This OP has distorted the context of what they were talking about. Sad.

George Will was excoriating Trump for his performance and then added that, at 71, he is unlikely to change. In no way did George Will suggest that Trump's age was an excuse for his deplorable behavior. You mischaracterized the conversation. I set the record straight.

I didn't hear anyone making excuses for him. Quite the opposite, in fact. They're running out of adjectives to describe how abhorrent and out of touch with reality he is. They are ripping him to shreds and he deserves it.
