Why would Trump be upset if Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called him a moron ?

Remember back in May or June when Trump wanted to visit the Queen of England and asked (demanded) to ride in her golden carriage? That carriage is historic (probably fragile) and can only be used for the British Royals, nobody else. So Trump was told that the carriage was in the shop being repaired, and he can't ride in it. Long story short, Trump cancelled the trip but in the meantime the British people were really incensed. This sign was posted on somebody's blog and I got a copy of it.
