8. No, you've got to look closely at what they're saying.

They are in agreement that the ATF look at existing regulations to see if Bump stocks are illegal. The problem with that is the ATF already looked at the issue, twice, and determined that they are NOT illegal. SO what the NRA is doing is trying to point us away from legislation that WOULD make them illegal and insead leave it up to the ATF to decide what they've already decided. Fuck the NRA!
