You don't plan, you don't consider or obtain intelligence, you just guess at what military assets and personnel you need to accomplish a given mission....and drop them into the sh*t.

now says that 45 is purposely trying to make foreign leaders think he is crazy as part of his "strategy" in foreign policy.

OK, so he started planning this so-called crazy behavior as a political strategy years and years ago. Seems 100% plausible to me. Wow, he really is clever. I guess I underestimated his political savvy.
