PARKVILLE, Md. - Cellphone video recorded a man clinging onto a moving school bus in Maryland, ordering the driver to open the door.

Baltimore County police said the incident happened around 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 5.

Several witnesses told police that the man had attempted to stop the school bus after a bottle was allegedly thrown from the bus and struck the man's vehicle. The man banged on the doors, attempted to get inside, but the driver refused to open the doors.

The man then went to the front of the bus and jumped onto the front hood while the bus was moving forward.

He was hanging from the front of it and refused to get off. But a bottle maybe could have caused an accident? Any claims that he was concerned for safety are ludicrous because he attacked a bus. I doubt the school board or parents will disagree with the driver's actions. He was trying to break into the bus and his behavior was irrational. If he had been injured because he decided to jump in front of a bus, that would be his fault. The driver did appear to be driving slowly, limiting the risk to the crazy guy who tried to board the bus full of kids. If this was a family in a van, castle doctrine might apply depending on the state and it could have been worse for him.
