Dem hits Trump on ObamaCare: ‘Worst president in modern history’

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Friday accused President Trump of seeking to dismantle the Affordable Care Act (ACA)out of spite, calling him "the worst President in modern history."

"Latest reason why President Trump is the worst President in modern history: Deliberately undermining people’s health care out of spite," Schiff wrote on Twitter.

I guess you have to put James Buchanan at the top of the list, but you could also argue that the Civil War would have happened regardless. Harding was pretty awful as well, but that’s because he didn’t really do anything.
