(7,408 posts)Some of those House seats were won by the R by 15-22% in the 2016 election, that is a huge deficit to overcome in two years time. A sweep like that would be epic, highly unlikely the way the districts are gerrymandered though.

(1 post)Talking back the house is very doable. I can't trust the polls because many republicans will be so upset that they won't go to vote. The dream is the senate, we need the majority so that in case a supreme court justice dies Trump does not appoint someone to far right. Actually, if we get the majority he won't be able to appoint anyone because Schumer could do the same Mcconell did to Garland.
