Donald J Trump has none. He has no sense of decency whatsoever, nary a scintilla. The basic human emotions of sympathy and empathy are utterly foreign to him. His behavior is cartoonish at his very best. The word "selfish" doesn't begin to describe him. He is a horrid, monster of a person.

Marc Faber publicly states that the controversy over Confederate flags/monuments is wrong because those flags/monuments honor a people whose only crime was . . . slavery, a practice that had existed for 5000 years. The duration of slavery apparently wipes the slate clean for Ole Dixie.

Trump is indeed horrible. Josh Marshall has called him 'poison.' Rick Wilson has repeatedly said "Everything Trump touches dies." In addition to all that--his ignorance, his lack of empathy, his arrogance--he has given the worst element in the American psyche license to be profoundly UnAmerican, treacherous, even treasonous.

For this, he will be forever branded as a destructive con-artist, The Grifter-in-Chief come to destroy, not lead.
