someone with knowledge of the issue would have known how important this ally was and would not let paper work get in the way of policies to protect the Soldiers.

The got Libya, Somalia, and Chad from that region, but there are other countries with more terrorists.

They are too arrogant to understand that they need a fully staffed state dept.

Miller needed a cover for the latest Muslim ban. Chad was good enough a candidate despite objections from State and DoD.

Besides, working with partners is not the way the Trump Gang operates.
