Especially in Washington DC, when the president enters a room EVERYONE stands. It's a form of respect for the office. I'd bet ya no one has yet explained this to Trump yet.

I plan to rewatch the whole thing starting tomorrow. It was my absolute all-time favorite TV show.

I'm currently doing some research on the real Josiah Bartlett of New Hampshire, signer of the Declaration of Independence, for my volunteer work at the National Archives.

And yes, you can find details on their site. They treat their volunteers very well and there's plenty of different areas you can volunteer for.
