3. Saw this the other day

Yes they switched the plan to go after the #3 ISIS person in the area. Why that wouldn't change the threat assessment we don't know. I'd think a #3 would have a force around him. Hindsight and no local knowledge.

5. It's a shame

It's terrible this happened and will continue to happen. SF dudes train for years to do this stuff and have been doing it regularly sense the 70s. More then likely the Niger Government asked for our help. Again dudes have been going down there for a long time even under Democrats.
