NOTE: VIRIGINIA DOES NOT HAVE A CASUAL EARLY VOTING POLICY LIKE CALIFORNIA. YOU MUST APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT, OR BE OVER 65 YEARS OF AGE (WHICH GETS YOU ON A PERMANENT AV LIST).

Doesn't say anything about the candidates, for the same reason as results are held until the polls close.
