Those sites are dominated by young white right wingers. Every day there are numerous off-topic threads started with CNN in the header and those right wingers ranting about something. Frankly it's very similar content to those Roger Stone tweets. They despise me because I tell them to keep it up, that I never want conservatives to stop sounding like conservatives, and I love the paranoia toward CNN.

MSNBC is virtually never mentioned on those sites. I can't think of the last time I saw the term MSNBC in a header.
