10. There was a cartoon many years ago

No way I can offer any real detail, but maybe some of the old timers can remember ... the animated characters (animation was minimal)had a human mouth moving, saying the words. I want to say it was a space cartoon, but maybe not. ANYWAY, Richard Painter reminds me of one of the lead characters. He's really different. I like him a lot.
