If one is audited by the IRS and forced to pay penalties, is that public knwledge??

Asked for obvious reasons.

i did a search for last name=romney -- nothing in ma, 3 names in ut, none of them mitt or willard or ann.

If Mitt had done some questionable filing (bordering on the illegal) this would hurt him badly.
