no, still secret. i think even names of those who challenge the irs in tax court are kept secret.

Note that if the IRS files for a lein, a levey or takes the case to court that is public. n/t

i did a search for last name=romney -- nothing in ma, 3 names in ut, none of them mitt or willard or ann.

If Mitt had done some questionable filing (bordering on the illegal) this would hurt him badly.
