just about broke not long ago. Manafort was also broke and suggested Pence for VP. How do all of these supposedly broke millionaires getting big bucks from Russia remain broke? It does not add up. Am I being dumber than dirt?

He's laundering money for the Russians, and those lists of bank accounts don't belong to him. He's using that to buy properties in the US and invest in stocks, bonds, etc. That's how the laundering gets done. They're trading dirty Russian money for clean US dollars.

People think he's rich, but that belongs to Putin's buddies. Manafort might have some money but he'll be broke soon.

Well this news about Pence is something I didn't know, but it doesn't surprise me. Why else would he be interested in hanging out with these hoodlums if he wasn't one just like them? They're all going down, the sooner the better.

And the Republican Party has helped them do it. They think that the Russians don't believe in communism any more, so they're our friends now. What a delusion! Fact #2: David Koch’s Largest Personal Campaign Contributions Go to Mike Pence

Since signing the Pledge, David Koch has demonstrated his appreciation by giving more money to Mike Pence than any other candidate. This includes $200,000 to Mr. Pence when he ran for governor of Indiana (along with his running mate for Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann) in 2012, $100,000 to Pence individually in 2016 (before he “withdrew” to run for Vice President), and nearly $10,000 in political contributions from Koch Industries for his gubernatorial runs since 2011. These amounts do not include funding hidden through other sources, such as the Republican Gubernatorial Campaign Committee.
