Sad that another terrorist attack barely leads to any outrage.
I understand why that is.
I guess we have reached a point where terrorism is no a no big deal event. Fundies are the enemy of progressivism.

1. I'm outraged and saddened
But not sure what this has to do with "Fundies," unless you mean Islamic extremists.

2. Why is "outrage" a desired response?
That's certainly what terrorists seek to provoke. But toward whom would you like me to be outraged? And why? |

7. No. It's just that we can see when there is lack of outrage at things like vegas shooting
While demands for outrage when the killers are certain types.

12. Most of us have learned to let the facts come out as we experience horror & sadnesss for victims
Still at a very early stage...
I'd say the only united response for most who aren't looking to exploit tragedy, is "damn--NOT AGAIN!" The RW, on the other hand decided two seconds in that it was "Muslim Terrorists" and began their usual rage, followed almost simultaneously by blaming Obama, Liberals, Hillary and immigrants in general. ahem: Obama already being blamed for the NYC attack https://www.democraticunderground.com/10029776948 |
