I am absolutely sure that someplace in the transcript there will be a "If I tell you I will have to kill you" stmt from him

Seriously, if the 5th Amendment applied to documents a search warrant could be thwarted by invocation of the privilege.

Because Devin Nunes and the Republicans on his committee are stonewalling and obfuscating and anything that comes out of its chambers is at least partially suspect.
