2. Does anyone know where I can find the email George Stephanopoulos referred to?

He said that the Sanders campaign actually was offered a similar arrangement per an email, and he read from the email and it said something along the lines of "if you enter into this fundraising agreement, you are welcome to discuss with us how the funds will be utilized" or something like that. I tried to search for what he was referring to, but I couldn't find anything. Anyone know what he is talking about?

Didnt see GS show, so don't know which email he is referring to. However here's a Politico article from the time.

Donna messed up in her book because she confused a post-nomination agreement with an early one..that is, Clinton signed an agreement that was if not the same to the one Bernie signed around the same time in 2015. These agreements applied to the primary

Then after Clinton got nomination, Clinton signed a new agreement which only applied to the general election. Howard Dean says that post nomination agreement is standard operating procedure. Donna got the different agreements mixed up

"Turns out the memo Donna spoke about applied only to the general election. If so then this memo is standard operating procedure for 15 years"
