If someone wants to shoot a bunch of people, they can just buy any assault weapon they want privately, or at many gun shows.

They keep saying "he shouldn't have had a gun" but even if the Air Force registered him, he could easily buy 100 AR 15's.

should there be a law against it? People often run stoplights, drive drunk, shoplift and beat their wives. All of these acts are common and easy to commit, so there's no point in even having laws against them, right?
