So, I'm sitting here in the middle of the night...
watching the testimony of Natalie Jaresko, Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, on C-Span.
Why is it that the only people from Puerto Rico that we ever hear from through major media sound like grifters addicted to social media?
Rhetorical question, I suppose. Any thoughts?
