I worked part time as a waitress at a family restaurant. One night, at the end of my shift, my boss smacked my rear end, telling me I had good hustle and was an asset to the crew. I was completely mortified. I drove home and told my dad who was waiting up for me. I'd only ever seen that look on my dad's face once or twice in my life. He loaded me up in the car and we drove back to the restaurant at 11pm. My dad went after my boss, backed him up against a wall and asked him if he thought he had the right to touch someones child. My boss laughed and said "she's 17, she's not a child". My dad said "she is MY child and what you did is criminal." Dad then told my employer that he would wait while he wrote my final check and that he expected a glowing letter of reference for me in the mail within a week. We left after that and I never went back. I actually got the reference letter from that slime bag.
