GE commercial, Holly made a lot of workers lose their jobs

every time I see that commercial I wonder if it's just a sublingual attempt to accept the idea that robots are going to make a lot of people unemployed

I'm such a cynic I even thought "so women get to be the shield for the company to use when it lays people off. 'See, it's the fault of women you don't have a job'".

I've lived long enough to believe it too.
