If he stays in the race that means we might get another Dem in the Senate. Lie to the pollsters, tweet your support from faux accounts, promise his campaign you'll stick with him. Spare whatever efforts you can to keep him in the race until election day.

I don't think he be legally removed from the ballot. All people can do is not vote or possibly write in another candidate. Even if Moore "quits", his name will remain on the ballot.
