A needed revolution on sexual harassment. What is desperately needed now is some calibration. Some offenses demand extreme action. Others should be handled with a combination of public humiliation and censure, others simply public exposure. We cannot become the Queen of Hearts

that would get the average guy disciplined or fired at most major corporations.
Small businesses and independent entrepreneurs seem not to have implemented the policies that EEOC was forcing large business to adopt in the 70s and 80s.
