1. Yeah, that was weird

Is like he admitted it, while implying that America is better off without black people.

...in it's true context. It's not just about 'economic anxiety' anymore, it's about preventing 'minorities' from getting their fair share of the pie, getting a fair shake.

He's disturbingly at ease with promoting it all.

4. Was there EVER any doubt as to what that "slogan" means? Not in my mind.

It's not even covert.
And if a democrat had EVER uttered that phrase, the right would have HOWLED with indignation that AMERICA IS GREAT ALREADY.
They are nothing but hypocrites, the lot of them.
