Does it seem like Bank of America has already started playing games now that the CFPB

is on the ropes? It seems like they're going back to their old ways. A sudden increase of their monthly maintenance fee. 5 minute hold times when calling...

Yet I have multiple accounts with them, utilize their business suite, and love the information and services they provide to me. Grrrrrr. I really can't stand how much business I do with them.

and that's why I've stuck with them as well. They're like the Comcast of banks.

I'm a sucker for remote deposit and the business suite. I actually tried a third party remote deposit outfit before going straight to B of A. Bad move. The B of A system is great. That and I have an individual that oversees my accounts and they actually answer the phone most of the time I call. When they don't I leave them a voicemail and they are back to me in minutes.

I really don't like them and am always looking for different options. There are a number of major banks out there who are so far behind B of A's technology that they can't service my accounts at even close to the same level. I just keep looking.

Why are people still using these big commercial banks?

Both credit unions I am using are able to deposit online and pay bills electronically. Who needs BofA anyway?
