1. If I wasn't impressed with Flynn before, I am now.

That is one well-written, thorough, plea agreement - that gets Flynn coming and going.

Just one point: He waives the right to counsel at any and all interviews - AND - if he breaches the agreement anything he said in such interviews can be used against him in additional criminal prosecutions.

It also mentions covert law enforcement activities. Since no one in the administration will trust him now, I wonder if this indicates he was wearing a wire at some prior point . .

2. The plea agreement doesn't give Flynn much.

There are most likely other considerations that were discussed and cannot be guaranteed in writing. Leniency for his son might be one of them. He is dirty as heck if he agreed to this deal.

3. Basically, the plea deal guarantees nothing

As a practical matter it can't. But it is spelled out extremely clearly in thsi document
