Terrorism, it was

But last night I figured why they will not call it that way

Race is a part of it, but minor one.

Read your insurance policy...and the acts of war, acts of god and terrorism exceptions...nope, not about home owners...but here is your dot of the day.

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

How does this apply to what Holmes did?

I forgot, I missed the possession of explosive devices, weapon of mass destruction, and mass casualty incident.

If a robber uses a gun to hold up a store is that robber a terrorist? I'm sure the store clerk would be scared.

As you pointed out (correctly) that according to the legal system, Holmes is not yet guilty. However, even though the act doesn't fit the legal definition of terrorism, it was terrorism?

You realize the una bomber was never classified as such, even when according to a few legal authorities if qualified.

You realize the ft hood shooting was not classified as such either, never mind the clear cut political motivations?

Deciding to go there is ALSO a political decision.

Sorry if this makes no sense to you.

this has been actually going on for some time now- and also against abortion clinics and Planned
Parenthood clinics. the FBI and local law enforcement hasn't been doing much about
it.

wonder why that is?
