Orrin Hatch is PERFECTLY qualified to condemned the poor...

...if you want someone to extol the virtues of "hard work" "initiative" "gumption" and the "free enterprise system" and to attack people as "freeloaders" who "want every dime", you should ALWAYS go to a guy who hasn't cashed a private paycheck since taking a high-paying part-time public sector job in 1976.

All payments in cash under the table and screw taxes. Hey, it's a way to gain economic parity with regard to taxation. The rethugs couldn't complain about that, could they?
